[About cancelling reservations]
When canceling a reservation, a designated cancellation fee may be charged. Please note that if the rental car contract is not concluded within one hour of the scheduled departure time, the reservation may be canceled.

[Reservation cancellation fee]
・Classes other than buses and trucks Cancellation up to 7 days before the departure date → No cancellation fee Cancellation between 6 and 3 days before the departure date → 50% of the scheduled fare
Cancellation between 2 days before and the day before the departure date: 80% of the scheduled fare
On the day of travel or after the travel date → 100% of the planned fare
・Bus Cancellation up to 10 days before the departure date → No cancellation fee Cancellation between 9 days and 3 days before the departure date → 50% of the scheduled basic fare
Cancellation between 2 days before and the day before the departure date: 80% of the scheduled basic fare
On the day of travel or after the travel date → 100% of the scheduled basic fare
*If the reservation date is more than 6 days before the date of use,

There is no cancellation fee. (Regulations apply from the next day onwards.)
