STEP 1 - Reservation -
We recommend making a reservation online easily!

[About cancelling reservations]
When canceling a reservation, a designated cancellation fee may be charged. Please note that if the rental car contract is not concluded within one hour of the scheduled departure time, the reservation may be canceled.
[Reservation cancellation fee]
・Classes other than buses and trucks Cancellation up to 7 days before the departure date ⇒ No cancellation fee Cancellation between 6 and 3 days before the departure date ⇒ 50% of the scheduled fare
Cancellation between 2 days before and the day before the departure date: 80% of the scheduled fare
On the day of travel or after the travel date: 100% of the planned fare
・Bus Cancellation up to 10 days before the departure date ⇒ No cancellation fee Cancellation between 9 days and 3 days before the departure date ⇒ 50% of the scheduled basic fare
Cancellation between 2 days before and the day before the departure date: 80% of the scheduled basic fare
On the day of travel or after the travel date: 100% of the scheduled basic fare
*If the reservation date is less than six days prior to the date of use, there will be no cancellation fee if the cancellation is made on the day of application. (Regulations apply from the following day onwards.)

STEP 2 - Visit our store or choose your desired delivery address (same day)~
Please come to our store at the time of your reservation and we will confirm the details of your reservation.
*Depending on the availability of cars, you may not need to make a reservation!
Please let us know the type of vehicle and purpose of use on the day.

STEP 3: Filling out the necessary documents and making payment
Please confirm your driver's license and fill out the necessary documents.
